Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Kezzstudio, operated by EAST PASCO AMATEUR RADIO SOCIETY, INC. We want customers to have clear information before placing an order and before requesting a return.

1. Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date the order is delivered. Requests submitted after 30 days may not be accepted unless required by applicable consumer law.

2. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, clean, undamaged, and in the same condition received.
  • Items should be returned with original packaging, tags, manuals, accessories, and any included components.
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order number or order confirmation email, is required.

3. Non-Returnable Conditions

  • Items damaged by misuse, improper care, unauthorized alteration, or normal wear and tear.
  • Items returned with missing parts, missing packaging, or signs of use that prevent resale as new.
  • Items sent back without contacting us first and without return instructions.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@kezzstudio.shop. Please include the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video showing the product and package condition. We will review the information and provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

5. Return Request Process

  1. Email info@kezzstudio.shop with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for our return instructions before shipping any item back.
  3. Pack the item securely with all included parts and packaging.
  4. Use the return address and instructions provided by our support team.

6. Return Shipping

For returns caused by customer preference, incorrect size selection, or change of mind, the customer may be responsible for return shipping unless local law requires otherwise. For verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will provide a suitable resolution after review.

7. Inspection and Refund Timing

After a returned item is received, we will inspect it and notify the customer of the refund decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Shopify Payments. The processing time may vary by bank or card issuer and is usually several business days after the refund is submitted.

8. Exchanges

Exchanges may be available when the requested item is in stock. If an exchange is not available, a refund may be processed after the returned item is approved.

9. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before the order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment, it may no longer be possible to cancel it, but the customer may request a return after delivery under this policy.
