This Shipping Policy explains how EAST PASCO AMATEUR RADIO SOCIETY, INC processes and ships orders placed through Kezzstudio. The store currently serves customers in United States. All order totals and checkout amounts are displayed in USD.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days after payment is successfully authorized through Shopify Payments.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays and carrier non-service days.
- If an order requires additional verification, we may contact the customer by email before shipment.
2. Shipping Method and Delivery Time
- Standard shipping is available for eligible addresses in United States.
- Estimated transit time is 7-13 business days after the order has been processed and handed to the carrier.
- Total estimated delivery time is usually 8-16 business days, including order processing and transit.
- Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs checks, address issues, weather, carrier delays, or local service interruptions.
3. Shipping Cost
Standard shipping is provided at a cost of 0 USD for eligible orders shipped to United States. Any available shipping method and cost will be shown before checkout is completed.
4. Tracking Information
When tracking becomes available, a shipment confirmation email may be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking updates are supplied by the carrier and may take additional time to appear after dispatch.
5. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including apartment, unit, postal code, and phone number where required. If a parcel is returned or delayed because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will review the order and provide the available carrier options.
6. Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages depending on availability, warehouse routing, or carrier restrictions. No additional standard shipping fee is charged when an order is split by us.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If a shipment appears delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us at info@kezzstudio.shop with the order number and a clear description of the issue. For damaged parcels, include photographs of the package and item so we can review the claim with the carrier or arrange an appropriate resolution.
8. Restricted Addresses
Some carriers may not deliver to certain remote areas, freight forwarding addresses, PO boxes, military addresses, or restricted locations. If we cannot ship to the address provided, we will contact the customer before processing the order further.
